We must provide the young professionals of tomorrow with the resources and an environment that empowers them to expand the minds of our youth, both intellectually and socially.

We must respect the parent’s authority at all times. We must communicate all of our insights concerning the development of their child. We must involve the parents in the learning process.

We must be responsive to the advice of the schools we work with and respectful of their guidelines. We must keep them apprised of our observations and progress.

We must respect and be responsive to any feedback our supporting partners may have, always keeping in mind they are an integral part of our organization.

We must heighten awareness and encourage community activism so that the tutoring and character development we do on a one-to-one basis reaches the larger community.

Our paramount value is that the growth of the individual leads to a healthier stronger community. We feel growth at the individual level is best stimulated by stable expanding relationships. We seek to offer one such avenue to create these relationships.
